If you return products purchased through this Website to our boutique, your refund will be processed by our E-Boutique Customer Service Centre within 14 days. Unfortunately, we are not able to process refunds in-store for products purchased through this Website. You may also return products purchased through this Website to our Chopard flagship boutique (located at 12-13 New Bond Street, Mayfair, London, W1S 3SS). Please make sure you include your original sales invoice and all original packaging, certificates and other enclosures. We also recommend that customers request adequate insurance to cover the purchase price of the shipment as Chopard will have no liability to you for items that are lost, stolen or damaged during transit. We recommend shipping returned merchandise via insured parcel post for tracking purposes.
